  2. Transfer the onion and garlic mixture to your slow cooker.
  3. Add the chicken breasts, crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes and green chilies, cannellini beans, chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and easily shreds.
  5. Shred the chicken using two forks and stir it back into the sauce.
